We are a family run business based in Sahiwal, Punjab, and we deliver orders all across Pakistan.
3.How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier delays.
4.Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You can also choose prepaid payment at checkout if available.
5.How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel on the courierβs website.
6.What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products within 3 days of delivery. A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund request. Refunds are processed within 8 to 15 working days after approval.
7.Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
